Maintenance & Repair Services

Compass provides complete maintenance and repair services for all Compass products for a single component or your entire system. Our QA processes and standards follow specific guidelines and procedures for MWD fleet maintenance. We make sure all of our components are field-ready before they leave our facility.

Spare Parts

Compass provides a full range of spare parts for all Compass systems and modules as well as for many other brands. We maintain a large inventory to satisfy your parts requirements as quickly as possible.

Training

Technician Training – Training in the maintenance and basic repair of Compass MWD, LWD systems and optional modules and components. Training is customized for your equipment and is conducted at our facilities or yours. Operator Training – Training in the set up and operation of Compass MWD, LWD systems and optional modules and components. Training is customized for your equipment and can be conducted at our facilities, your facilities or on-site.

Rental

Compass offers rentals on a daily or monthly basis, with simple flat maintenance fees. We will never nickel and dime you with O-ring and screw charges. Under this arrangement, Compass’ service includes all of the maintenance and normal wear and tear on the tools. Only excessively washed or damaged parts will be billed back at our list price. 

Longer Term Lease - For Best Pricing Options

Compass leases on set monthly bases. We make sure all of our components are field-ready before they leave our facility.

Under this arrangement, the customer is liable for all of the maintenance and normal wear and tear on the tools but we aren’t going to nickel and dime you with unexpected charges. When the kit is returned at the end of the rental period, Compass’ service includes all of the maintenance and repair of normal wear and tear on the tools. Only excessively washed or damaged parts will be billed back at our list price.

 

Lease Purchase

Lease Purchase payments are applied to the purchase of the tools up to a maximum of 70% of the kit value. Compass offers a lease purchase option for domestic customers only. First and last month’s rental payments would be due upon the delivery of the tools. 70% of the monthly rental payments thereafter would apply to the purchase of the tools, the outstanding balance would be due. The lease purchase price will not include the purchase of consumable items.
